• The extruded flux-coating speeds joining operations and expedites uniform work.
• The alloy has a lower melting temperature than aluminum, which minimizes overheating, warpage and distortion.
• Good control on bead-forming applications for butt or ‘T’ joints on aluminium or aluminium alloys.
• Solidification rate is fast; ideal for beveled butt joints

• Clean joint area with stainless steel wire brush.
• Butt joints, broken sections or cracks should be beveled to 60-80ËšC. Leave a 1.5 mm to 3.2mm gap and maintain alignment of parts.
• Use slight excess acetylene flame.
• Melt a drop of flux onto beginning of joint continue heating, until flux liquefies.
• Deposit alloy, using a bead forming technique.
• Care should be taken not to melt the base metal.
• Remove flux residues in warm water.
